Glogster utilizes technology so students can interact and discuss the lesson of the day while animoto will allow the students to describe how to solve a math problem via a video.

Tool #4

I tried to load a spreadsheet as a google doc but it didn't look at all like a spreadsheet. I'll have to go back and revisit how to do this. I like the fact that you can share a document and edit it within a group of peers or students all at the same time. I want to see if I can see a class of math students working on a problem "live."

Tool #3

I went to you tube and found a great video for MS fractions. You might have seen it before but if you haven't, check it out. The name is "Mr. Duey-Fractions"

Tool #2

It was very enlightening to read other teachers posts about their experiences with 11 tools. I don't feel quite so bad now. I am actually looking forward to learning more as I go on with the process. At my current pace, I should be finished by the end of the year, the school year that is!
